How to get to conference venue
Arrival by Taxi
The cost of a taxi ride from the airport to Friendship Hotel is about RMB 110-130 (US$16-19). The price is usually not negotiable. Passengers need to pay the fee shown in the meter and the toll of the express way. It takes about 60 minutes to arrive at the conference venue from the Airport.
Arrival by Airport Shuttle Bus
Take the shuttle bus (from the Capital Airport to Gongzhufen), get off at the stop of Friendship Hotel. The charge is normally RMB 30.
By Subway
Take the Airport Express to Sanyuanqiao station, change to Subway line 10 to Haidianhuangzhuang station, and then transfer to Subway line 4 to Renmin University station. Please take Exit D. The Friendship Hotel & Friendship Palace is within walking distance from Exit D of Renmin University Subway Station.
Floor Maps
Friendship Palace is in the center of Beijing Friendship Hotel. Welcome and farewell events will be held at Juheyuan Restaurant of the 1st floor, Friendship Palace. Onsite Registration and Help Desk are addressed on the 1st floor, Friendship Palace as well.
Sessions, Speeches and Exhibitions from November 7 to 8 will be held in the rooms marked in blue on the 2nd floor of Friendship Palace as shown in the following map. Sessions and Speeches on November 9 will be held in the rooms marked in orange.

The registration desk will be open on the 1st floor of the Friendship Palace as follows:

Presentations, Equipment, and Wireless Internet Access
Interactive Session: Electronic posters presented on TV displays connected to your laptop via VGA interface.
Spotlight Session: Each interactive session participant will present a one-minute spotlight of their paper. We will display your one-slide summary you submitted.
Wireless internet access is available during the conference.
Note: Speakers should bring their own lap-top with VGA interface or adapter.
